I was under the impression that this tablet came with a free book cover. There was not one

This tablet is probably fine for someone who is up on the know about tablets, but our old one was not even close to what this one can do! We had no luck getting it set up and getting it to go. Also, it did not come with the SIMS card needed to work. Like selling you a car with no keys? New policy, they now sell you a tool, cheap, but no battery.

Things I like about the tab are screen, customization, upgraded speakers v my old Tab S6, expandable membory, better bluetooth audio using my premium blutooth headphones and learning to like the keyboard case, and the OLED screen.Things that I do not like are weight (notably heavier than the Tab S6 I replacing), edges are too “sharp” (edges on Tab s6 were rounded and smooth so was comfortable to hold), Androiod software for tablets is not on par with iOS. For example, some apps do not adjust to landscape mode and the Samsung Android keyboard sucks. I prefer Swiftkey as a keyboard and it doesn’t work well with the Samsung Slim Keyboard. Swiftkey keyboard constantly appears when using the keyboard case and you have to manually close regardless of system settings. Wish the Samsung Slim Keyboard case was backlit.Dispite the things I do not like I still prefer the Samsung Tablet to and iPad. I use an ipad for work and it has its flaws too. So for me it’s the Samsung – Better screen than any ipad, can customize, better audio using third party apps, and can expand memory using SD card.

So far, the Tablet has been amazing. This is the first time I own a tablet, so I was really satisfied with the size of the S9. To be honest, I was going to buy the S9 Ultra until I realized that I just wanted it for reading and perhaps basic gaming (i.e. Dead cells, gacha games, etc.). I was worried about the S9 since I did not know what to expect for 11′, but it has been great and works well. If you are planning to use the tablet as a book, video watcher, and basic gaming, I believe the S9 will suffice. Since I already have a great laptop, I realized that a bigger size was useless for me. So, the size for a consumer that is planning to use it for basic functions will be happy to know that the S9 is more than enough.I like the design of this Tablet; it looks super nice, and the included pen helps a lot when maneuvering around the screen. Actually, I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, which is old, but it came with a pen as well, but I never used it; however, with the table, I believe it is critical since it is too big for me to reach the top of the screen (And this is an 11′, I cannot imagine how hard would have been if I had a bigger one). The only bad thing I can think of is not with the Table itself but with this listing, they tell you it will come with a “FREE” book cover, but I didn’t receive it. Amazon was nice enough to give me a partial refund, but now I have no cover T_T. So yeah, don’t expect a free book cover. Actually, this is why I lowered the rating since the product itself is fantastic. Nonetheless, the retailer failed to provide me with what they promised.
