This was my first time having a flip phone and I was happy that my first flipping smartphone experience was with Razr+ even though I returned it.Pros:- The phone being compact and able to be easily carried around was so refreshing especially coming from an iPhone where it’s just a heavy block- Outer screen came in clutch so many times especially when I was commuting from work and needed to see the next direction while I was driving or taking public transportation. Was able to quickly respond to texts, see notifications, change music, and even scan boarding passes while I was traveling internationally- Flippy! Able to flip my phone and having the capability to use my phone in a compact or use it to its truest size was very refreshing and fun flipping the phone open to answer textsCons:- Coming from iPhone and Samsung, the Motorola’s software was very difficult to overcome, at least for me. I know some people love the “stock Android” look, feel, and UI, but I just wasn’t one of them.- Not sure if it was just my unit, but there was always a small creak nice coming out from the hinge. I wasn’t sure if my unit was defective or if it was a common thing. After researching online, I see that it’s pretty common and needed to get used to it, but I couldn’t deal with the hinge noise. First time flip phone making those noises made me have anxiety.- Lack of cases, accessories, and etc.Overall, 4/5 phone with great experience as the phone had great battery life, beautiful internal and external display, but I think that I’m not a flip phone user. I decided to go back to Samsung after holding my iPhone for 3 years.

I am 4 days in and was coming from the 2020 Razr flip phone, which is pretty decent and I have enjoyed. The 2020 is generally a solid phone; no delamination, nice outer screen and easy to operate. The clamshell on both phones protects the screen well, so expect the phone to last. This new 2023 Razr made all of the upgrades in exactly where it needed it. Now with wireless charging, 120hz refresh, bigger battery, bigger screen and a better camera. The processor is powerful enough for smooth operation everywhere. Also, so far no squeak like the 2020, but that never bothered me in the first place because it was so minor. The build quality is great; tight fit but robust feel. When open it feels like a regular smart phone with no movement. The phone fold stays where you put it, also an improvement over 2020. The outer screen is large enough to use most apps; an improvement over the 2020, which was already good (I have used the 2020 to scan my boarding pass QR when traveling). The inner screen is just enough larger than the 2020 that it is easier to read everything for more mature eyes.Great value for the price; Samsung had better watch out! I expect 2+ years and at $900 it is a steal. Finally, this had to be the easiest switch of phones I ever had. The file transfer occurred over the included USB type C cable. It was about 15 to 20 minutes, but EVERYTHING transferred… My Google account, all of the apps, most of my games progress and even the location of the icons. I did have to readd the one weather widget, but not a big deal.Bravo, Motorola!

Definitely a very interesting phone indeed. Many facts about this devices, that multiple reviews had already written. One thing I personally finds it hard to use is the Haptic Feedback. It creates this “click click sound feedback”, hopefully in the future firmware updates there’s an option to soften it.Overall is a fun run phone.

Although this is a nice looking phone, nice and compact, fits well in my pocket, I did find some issues with it. I noticed right away that it is awkward to power it down. You basically need two hands to do so by holding the “volume up” key and “power” key at the same time. The power key is just below the “volume down” key. Why couldn’t they make the “volume down” key for this action. I also found the phone overall a bit heavier than I thought it would be. It is also a bit of a struggle to open it(definitely not a one had operation). The battery lasts barely a day which I feel should be at least 36 to 48 hours. The phone just wasn’t quite what I expected. Unfortunately, I will be returning it.

This phone is top of the line. It is super slick and has some of the best features I’ve seen on a phone. I really love the camera’s, super nice and honestly could beat apple (I switched from the latest iphone to this) and am honestly impressed! Well worth the price!

This is my first foray into folding/flipping phones. I’ve only had it for a day and I’m hooked! The small exterior screen is extremely useful. I found myself not even really using the interior screen most of the time, opting for the convenience of the exterior screen. Yeah, maybe the camera isn’t the best available, but it’s fine for most normal situations. The sound quality is excellent. Watching YouTube on the small screen with the phone closed and it not changing the sound quality is awesome. Truly, if you’re one the fence with this device, do yourself a favor and give it a try. The crease is basically non-existent, which is something I was concerned about. Everything is snappy and responsive. I would definitely recommend!

Love this phone, wifey says I look at it too much, maybe it will wear off, don’t see it yet though. No complaint, I love being able to respond on the small screen without opening up the full device. There is a crease when your finger goes across, not noticeable unless the screen is black and/or the sun hits it just right spot. Love the small screen.

So far like the phone but there’s so much to learn it’s going to take me awhile of playing with it. The one thing that bothers me is the short battery life I’ll have to see how it works for me other than that it’s a great phone

Wanted to love this phone however, couldn’t get face recognition to work. Tried multiple times, stated over, rebooted etc. I was hoping to switch from the iPhone but in my opinion, this phone is not ready for prime time.
