I needed a laptop with more RAM and GB than one’s I’ve purchased in the past. I use it for both work and gaming and wanted it to function without glitching or being slow regardless of what I am doing. This laptop works wonderfully! I like the look of it, the silver is very nice. It’s lightweight and I love that it has the numeric keypad as that is actually something I use more than I realized. I like that it has a fingerprint scanner to easily unlock the laptop. The only concerning issue I had was one time the screen glitched completely and pixelized everything. I just closed the laptop and opened it back up and it was fine. I’ve not had any other issues, and it’s still just as fast today as it was when I first got it. It’s worth the money in my opinion. This is not touchscreen, and I actually prefer it that way. I’ve had a touchscreen in the past and I honestly didn’t use the touchscreen anyways. This has met all of my needs and continues to meet them consistently. Would highly recommend

Extremely short battery life! I might as well have brought a desktop. Seems like you turn this thing on and the battery is practically drained. Have To constantly charge it. It stays plugged in so much I might as well have bright a desktop. I’m not doing anything serious with it either. You watch a video or send an email and poof battery is dead. You fully charge it and turn it on a few days later and the battery is dead. This is a very basic laptop. It comes loaded with no programsIt has no card reader even though the pictures shows one.It has no back lit keyboard (even though that’s been a thing for over a decade now).It only has two USB ports and a type C USB ports. The screen quality isn’t that great. Images are blurry when they should be at times. It hurts my eyes. The screen is also only 13″ wide even though they’ll make you assume it’s 15″ by the way they market these things. It only has a 500gb hd that is already being used by the system. So it’s more like 400gb of free space. Don’t know what they have on there because they don’t preloaded these things with programs.I want to revisit my complaint about the keybed. It’s VERY hard to see. Tiny printed letters that blend in with the silver keys. A back light and some illumination would help greatly. You think it’s not an issue till you start using this thing and realize how annoying it is. Backlit keys would have made a big difference. It’s almost like the keys are camouflaged. At the current price this was around 800 I’d say get something that’s not this. There are a lot of laptops in that range with better features. This should be half that price. It has nothing going for it other than it looks nice when the lid is closed.

Needed another laptop fast, when my old one died. This had everything I needed except a large HD but I can add an external drive so that works well. Compared other models from different sites and this met all my needs, including low price.

Nice laptop and got it for a very reasonable price. Wish I could have got it it in black version but white was the only option available. Thing I really was surprised with was paying so much money for the computer that It was delivered with no signature when it was delivered and also the original box was not even put to into a cardboard box to cover when it was delivered. Anyone could see what was sitting on my porch and steal it. I don’t know if it’s the vendor or who but something needs to changed with delivery of this laptop. The laptop is great and I have no complaints about it. I use it at work and I definitely would purchase it again. Judi

It is a basic laptop. I’m a little disappointed with the screen display. It is more like a flat screen TV, in that you have to be at a specific angle to see everything clearly and it is not as sharp as I would like it to be. But, for what I use it for, surfing the net, FB, e-mails and minimal use of MS Office products, it’ll do. I am also disappointed that there are only 2 standard USB ports. But it is very fast. I haven’t used it without the power cord, so I can’t comment to the battery life.

Unfortunately, the battery life is not as advertised. I was able to use the laptop for 4 -5 hours unplugged, not doing anything much that would drain the power quickly, before I needed to plug back in. Also, did a full charge and unplugged. Sat for about a week without turning on. Once turned on, the battery was at 46%. How, I didn’t use it??? Also, somewhat difficult to see the letters and images on the keys unless the light is “just right” – this could be somewhat on me given my eyes aren’t what they used to be.
