I’ve had this for a month. Battery life is good. Performance is fine not great. My biggest problem with this is that the thin body of the laptop bends in a way that impinges on the touchpad such that the left/right buttons gets stuck. Initially the stock charger wasn’t being recognized and the battery life meter was inaccurate, but that went away. You can do better for a thousand dollars. 6.5/10

Do not buy this laptop. I bought one, within a few days the mouse tracker was going all crazy, so I returned it and they sent me a new one…great! Not great! Now it’s 6 weeks later and this mouse tracker is going cray cray, the cursor moves all over the screen, you have to close the lid, it works good for a bit then bam, same thing.I contacted support and they said since it’s been over a month they can’t do a refund or give me a replacement. So, the moral of the story is, don’t buy this laptop and save yourself the hassle and aggravation!

I opened the outer box. The inner box was torn open. Opened the inner box. The laptop and power supply were present. The cord that plugs into the wall was missing. I can’t change the laptop! Very disappointed.

This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten a dell and honestly the camera is the worst. It’s so difficult to get it working. I just ordered this inspiron 7000 series and have spent more than an hour trying to get the camera to work for a zoom meeting tonight. I’ll have to use my old computer because the screen is black and I’ve wasted a lot of time at this point. I might send it back.
